"Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. Because everything was in a different language, we were not able to use the television. For the amount of money we paid for this room we expected to have the services...

"Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base. "

"Las actividades que realizan. Propusieron una excursión de raquetas y super bien. Edu el guía es muy simpático y majo, nos llevó por unos sitios muy chulos. Muy recomendable hacer esta actividad, lo único que tienes que pagar es el seguro. Otro día fue un mago y muy bien el tío se lo curra mogollón. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho es que la gente de la recepción no informa de las actividades ni de los descuentos que tienes por estar hospedado en este hotel. Otra cosa que tampoco nos gustó mucho...
