Convenient situated close to skibus and main shopping street. Very friendly and service oriented staff in reception and breakfast/dining area. Spotless cleaning. We had two large rooms with separate access btw the rooms. We had half-board with a good selection breakfast and a three-course menu very tastefully prepared.

Every room is a junior suite. Underground parking under the hotel with direct access to the hotel. Easy access to the main tax free shopping area. For access to fitness center, you need to reserve a time with a receptionist and get a separate room key. Jacuzzi does not work.

We drove to Andorra to see the mountains and visit Andorra la Vella. The town was beautiful! An interesting mix of old and new building, a blend of cultures and a spectacular location in the valley along the river. The Eurostars hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were huge and the staff was very friendly!

The room was quite nice. Air conditioning was poor. Room cooled down faster with the AC off and windows opened. Street noise was high with windows opened. Beds were comfortable.

We booked this hotel due to the parking being included onsite. When we arrived they told us they did not have parking and could instead park in the public lot. We were charged 22 euros for the overnight parking and the hotel would not reimburse us after claiming to have free parking.

We stayed at Eurostars Andorra for a few days and noticed that our rental car had a flat tire and no spare in the trunk! The front desk assistant Martina was eager to help us sort things out on a Saturday. She asked the facility manager Nestor whether he knew open garages to fix the tire. She called a few garages to assess whether they could come to help us out. She also called our rental company road assistance to explain the situation and see how long it would take them to come fix the issue. She was also able to greet incoming guests without delaying their check in while handling our issue. Martina was amazing in taking care of us and Nestor was not only extremely helpful but stayed until things were sorted out. This is top notch service that we will never forget.

I have never slept in beds this bad at a supposed 5-star hotel. The beds kept sliding apart almost like the floor was made of butter. During the night the gap would become almost 50 cm each night, and we are not uneasy sleepers. The pillows were quite bad as well and we woke up with a sore back and neck every day. One day the cleaning came in at 8 in the morning, not giving us time to get any clothes on or anything.. that was.. fun.. Other than that it was great. Parking is very expensive. Were promised parking at 18€ for 24h in the shopping center, but it costed the double amount of that. Both weekends and weekdays, so You’ll have to account for that. The city is absolutely amazing and the hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful.
