The rooms were clean and the staff on reception were friendly and attentive. The bar staff were rude and demanding and the food in the restaurant was poor. It is buffet style and I'm sure it would be nice if it were warm, but a lot of it was cold from being out too long without proper heat.

It was wonderful, clean and the staff was very helpful. I travel with my dad in a wheel chair and although I tried to get a room with accessibility and Expedia did not help me, the staff of the hotel was able to help me with a room with our needs. It was great.

Lovely hotel with a great city view. Easy access to the center of town. Parking basement was challenging due to tight spaces. Breakfast lacked cereal options and cold milk, but all the meat, vegetables and eggs were delicious!

Fantastic location and service

Amazing Views and Amenities

Amazing views!! Lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views, lounge chairs, and a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout area! Nice big breakfast! Only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the room (The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well when I arrived), and some of the furniture could be updated. Other than that, it was wonderful!!!

This is not a 4* hotel, rooms are very old (like the 80’s). If you want to stay close to city center is a good option considering the location, but if you want to stay close to the sky resorts this is not the best option (you will have to drive 10-15’ to get there).

Parking in the garage can be a challenge due to very varying sizes of the parking lots - it's quite narrow manuevering as well. Nice staff. Somewhat hard to get a good overview of the breakfast - there are many different serving stations. When making the reservation at Hotels.com we thought we were staying in a completely different hotel as the booking site showed pictures from another hotel in Andorra...

Filthy and dodgy hotel. Don't be fooled by photos and reception area. Rooms are very dirty and old. FAMILY & COUPLE don't book this, we booked double bed and got 2 single bed. Receptionist and manager too rude when we ask for change. Once you paid your money gone, they never gonna help. This is not 4 STAR hotel, just fooling people with photos. Highly recommend stay safe elsewhere than wasting your money here.

Hôtel et chambres vieillissantes. Equipement très bien (piscine-jacuzzi-sauna-hammam) Gros bémol sur le parking qui n’est pas adapté pour nos voitures actuelles. J’ai une Peugeot 5008 et le parking recommandé coûte entre 24 et 30 euros par temps laisse.
