"It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. "

"The condo was spacious for a family of 5. The kitchen contained everything you need to prepare any type of meal including the added benefit of some spices, seasonings, and plenty of pots and pans. The master bed was extremely soft such that it was almost impossible not to get sucked into it. Master bathroom was huge with 2 sinks, a large, jetted tub, and a very large shower. "Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "
