"Really nice hotel, had a good stay. Food was ok, could've been better. Burger kinda sucked and the filet mignon shouldn't have been wrapped in jamon. Pool was not heated, couldn't swim at all. But the room was really nice and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was free which was a plus."

"Es un hotel muy bonito, solo en la habitación había mucho olor a humedad por el baño y para hacer uso del sauna hay que hacer reservación y se puede usar solo una vez al día, aunque este vacío el hotel y pienso que si no hay más personas en el hotel ya sea si solo pagan el Day pass u hospedados deberían de dejar que uno lo pueda utilizar más tiempo, pero no lo permiten. También llegan muchas personas que pagan Day pass y consumen mucho alcohol y se pone incomodo el ambiente para uno que esta...

"The blackout curtains in the room wouldn't shut completely so sunlight would pass through. Not a big problem but checked in at 3am for a flight leaving at 9am.. would of liked to rest in total darkness. "

"I live in the city and needed a place for a couple of nights while work was done on my apartment. The King suit was a comfortable apartment with an incredible balcony. Great location near restaurants, bars, Fontabella and Oakland malls. Clean, comfortable and safe. The front desk staff were lovely, check in/out was very fast. Parking was easy and free. "I forgot my cellphone in the taxi bringing us to the hotel and they took care of it all. Contacting the company and making sure I get it back: staff is very helpful
We only stayed one night before taking our plane back home but we got room service and the food was delicious"
