"ヌエバ広場すぐ、バル街すぐで、とても便利な場所でした。滞在したファミリールームは半地下で窓は開けられないものの、機能的でとても使いやすかったです。ただ、ロフトへ上がる螺旋階段は、小さなお子様だと危ないかもしれません。ホテルの従業員はみんな親切で的確なアドバイスをくれました。タクシーの手配や追加のカードキーはとても助かりました。再びグラナダを訪れるときは、またここに泊まりたいです。"

"The rooms are very spacious, the king size bed was super big . Breakfast was good. The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and explained key attractions and must do experiences of Granada. His suggestion to visit St Nicholas view point was most useful."

"I’ve been to a lot of hotels. Like maybe 100 or so…. This has been in the top 3 for sure. Great customer service. Nice people. Down to earth. Nice rooms and very clean. IMO, hotels are generally 3-4 in every category and excel in one particular thing. This one felt like it was 5 stars across the board. "

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada. Its highlights include a convenient central location within walking distance to many sights and a full kitchen with many amenities, including a combination washer-dryer. The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff was wonderfully responsive. "Pros:Beautiful location, spacious rooms and amazing swimming pools (infinity and lazy river). Hotel offers stunning bay views even in 'partial sea view' rooms.
