My wife twisted her knee touring the town and they were very helpful, making reservations, bringing ice for the knee, etc. The location is great, across a narrow street from the beautiful cathedral. We drove to the hotel and the underground parking was very convenient. The room wasn’t large but very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great. All in all a great experience."

"Nice and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in the center of the old city surrounded by beautiful old houses. Close to restaurants and transportation. The shower is very small but manageable. There is a laundry room in the ground floor. The listing said couple minutes from Alhambra but to get to the entrance you need over 20 minutes walk uphill. The second time we went, we took a taxi that costs 5 euros which was much better. We went in the summer and air conditioning was working perfectly."

"Wir hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Es lag zur Straße, eine Hauptverkehrsstraße, dadurch wurde es sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wurde. Es lag zwar im 12-ten Stock, trotzdem war der Verkehrslärm mehr als hörbar. Das Bad war sehr klein und in der Dusche waren die Armaturen teilweise defekt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und die die Reinigungskräfte waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Personal im Service, Frühstück und im Restaurant waren teilweise...

The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. One of the biggest advantages was the included parking, which made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. "The hotel was perfectly placed within easy walking of the historic centre and Alhambra. They offered valet parking which i would advise even though it is a bit pricey. Clara on reception was really helpful with advice on how to get round the city. Lovely room on the basement floor of the main house."
