"AVOID. Staff unhelpful. Shuttle is slow. Expensive parking. Breakfast isn’t included and expensive if you pay à la carte. Avoid, avoid, avoid! "

"We only came to sleep so not sure about breakfast or pool. We did not need those. Reception was polite & signed us in with no issues. Our room was very clean Everything like air conditioner, fridge, & shower worked just fine. Outside of hotel was also clean. Only cons is $18 for parking & only one elevator worked. "

"Everything was great. The location, cleanliness, and staff. However some issues with follow ups we had to ask several days to fix the safety box until it took the third day to come and review the issue. Similar issue with a drycleaners item; they didn't deliver it until we ask for it."

"The bartenders are horrible. Hard to get service out on the deck. Had to ask the front desk to get the room clean. Front desk was very nice. The server name Candice was a joy an a great help. "

"We arrived in the evening, our key cards did not work twice and we finally were able to switch rooms. The dining room was vacant, the bar was open. A small Caesar salad was $17 - really?! The 'snack' area had some food choices that did not include prices - so you would need to grab some items and then take them to the check-in to find out what they cost. The room was great and we slept well. They could do better on displaying prices for items they sell. "
