"The staff are the most amazing part of your stay so like, accommodating and just happy you’re there. We absolutely loved the people who did room service. They always wanted to make sure we were all set. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score was because we could see mold in the bathroom above the shower in some of the crevices. We upgraded to one of the nicest rooms and I know it’s damp there but I could smell the mold/mildew on our second to last day. It’s not something I blame the house...

"The Waitui Beach Club Plus rooms are well worth the upgrade – every staff member went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing holiday (special shout-outs to Romeo, Mary, Sky and Elenoea from Waitui, as well as Fiu from the housekeeping team) and all the extra inclusions were fantastic. While there was a problem with the resort's air-conditioning system during our stay, we were provided with a fan to make the humid nights more bareable and it did not ruin our holiday at all. "

"We had a great stay at the Shangri La resort. The staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate. The resort is showing it's age a bit but overall provided everything we needed. The snorkeling was amazing right off the beach. The lounge chairs at the beach and pool were in bad need of an upgrade. But the beach and snorkeling made up for it. "Love this resort the staff are beautiful especially Ame, sarleen, wame, Sala ratu,the porters are all so friendly these people make me come back every year which I just got back for the 8th time. Daniel near the gym is so friendly aswell kids love him his fun and joins in with the game area good vibe.
The cocktails and food are all so good but pricey same as Australia sometimes more.
The renovated rooms are beautiful glad they started to renovate the rooms.

"Great little spot to stay for a few days. The breakfast offering was good and the facilities were easy to access. Lisa at the front desk was amazing! The only issue was the lack of free Wi-Fi. 1 device for 24 hours free then you pay. That felt a little behind with the times. "
