The hotel is situated in a residential area which is not the best developed but still hotel seems nice and safe Has a chippy /bar/restaurant and ice cream parlour right next to it in case I come back from Edinburgh early Easy transport options (bus trainand park and ride from near hotel Would recommend for a decent priced hotel away from city .
