Hotel ILUNION Mérida Palace

"The hotel is located in the center of the old town of Merida, in the Plaza de España. It is very centrally located. We loved the room and the beds were super comfortable. The air conditioning kept us cool in 103o temperatures. There was a small fridge available and a TV with adjustable language settings. We had great cleaning service everyday. The hotel has a small pool on the third floor. It’s a small lap size pool but enough to keep us cool in the heat. The only big disappointment, for a 5 star-rated hotel, was the lunch/dinner menu. It was the same every day, no variation. We were there 5 days. That was a big shock. We expected more variety. We did eventually find some other places to eat."

The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were exceptionally friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Great location, outstanding service, and wonderful attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”"
