"The property is located in a beautiful area. We arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time, but we were still allowed to check in, which was really nice. If you came home late at night, there was security checking the area to make sure everything was okay. "Great location. Grocery on bottom floor. Parking garage attached. Subway 2 blocks away. Only partial con is there is no A/C but staff provided fans which we only really needed one night. After comparing room size and the fact many properties don't have A/C. I would definitely stay there if I traveled to london again."

"Excellent service throughout the 9 nights stay. Great location to see the major attractions. Room had thoughtful design for charging your devices. The bed comfortable and larger than expected. Tesco Express within 2 minutes walk. Embankment station within 2 minutes walk. The staff was efficient and unobtrusive."

"The hotel staff were very kind and very helpful. The rooms were always kept clean. It was safe and the restaurants in the area were excellent and tasty. However, there were days when I couldn't sleep because of the construction noise early in the morning. I would like to use this hotel again next time."

"Second time staying at the Cove Landmark Pinacle. Recommended for longer London stays. The in-room washer dryer is particularly helpful. The sofa bed in the living room in our unit was handy for our family. Lots of shopping and dining options both near the property and at Canary Wharf. Easy to get to central London and the O2 and Stratford via the Jubilee Line; Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line; and the Docklands and the City on the DLR. Area is fast-changing but glimpses of the old Docklands...

"This hotel was in a great area for siteseeing, restaurants, & bars. We chose it because of the in-room clothes washer/dryer but it was a great location too! There’s a tube station just a few minutes walk away, & having the Tower of London across the street was nice. We also had quite a few other site seeing possibilities within walking distance. (I recommend booking a tour of the Billingsgate Roman Baths!) The staff was very helpful & patient with us Americans who were confused by a few things...
