"Its an old motel trying to look new. carpets are old and when you take a papertowel and swipe it across the rug you can see the dirt it picks up. shower and bathtub need repairs. room looks clean. no charging stations for cell phones. breakfast has only waffles no meat and no potatoes. will not be staying there again"

"I've stayed at Glen Eyrie at least half dozen times and enjoyed every visit! I've stayed in the Castle, the Pink House, and Glen View Lodge. The breakfast is just so-so, but everything else is fabulous - wonderful place for a personal retreat or family get together."

"I booked 2 rooms for my family of 6. Each room had 2 queen beds. No coffee maker in any room. Had a bottle of conditioner on the wall in the shower but it was empty. It wasn’t the little bottles like you get at most hotels. But most hotels make sure they are full. Only 2 towels in each bathroom even though I booked 2 rooms for 6 people. The towels in the pool area are tiny. Almost hand towel size. Had to use 3 towels to dry off. Breakfast is very small. It’s like they stuffed it into a closet....

"Our stay was fantastic and I would love to come back. The staff is exceptional. I accidentally left my rings in a locker after visiting the spa and both the spa staff and front desk attendant, Cole, made sure I got them back. The spa services were amazing (shout out Joshua,) and the amenities are fantastic. It’s a little far from town but the club steakhouse was excellent."
