"I stayed in one of the ‘chalet’ type rooms overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel. The woman on reception, when checking in, wasn’t particularly friendly- no warm welcome! The room really needs updating/decorating. A half eaten pear was on the decking outside, the Roman blind in the room was half hanging off and the room was quite dark so I couldn’t even let in more light, some cob webs in the bathroom and no welcome/info folder in the room which you normally would have with details...

"Had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Price Paid via Expedia excluded breakfast. This was NOT made clear on Expedia website The price paid was identical to the normal room price INCLUDING breakfast charged by the hotel. We, therefore, were charged £29.90 for a service we were denied because of Expedia.
Room lacked a fridge."

"This Inn is a olde style building with wooden beams in the bedrooms etc. As such with this type of building there are low ceilings and hardly a straight wall anywhere. Not a huge issue as the other blind did close. The biggest issue for us was that one of the two electric fans in the room was so dirty that if you had switched it on the...
