"This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. "The host is horrible at explaining how to use the front door lock. Horrible! After I was locked out of the room 3 different times they finally decided to show me how to use the extremely annoying lock. Then the bed was terrible and the shower leaks water all Over the floor. I asked the host 5 different times to replace the towels and the host never replaced the towels. They wanted me to use the same towels for 5 straight days. Horrible communication with host. Horrible"

"Air conditioner has good working.
People are nice and good response for us.
Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor.
I doesn't matter for it.
In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier.
The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo.
There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning.
The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests.
Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc.
Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."
