"Our first room had a terrible odor that was unbearable for me. It smelled to me like cat pee, and the front desk said they didn't allow cats, but that is what it smelled like. It was overwhelming. I asked for a room change, and they finally accommodated us on our second day at check-in time (3 pm). (They stated that the odor was from someone smoking in an adjacent room. "We stayed for one night, the suite was very large, very nice size. But we woke to a major ant infestation the next morning. I set my makeup bag on the floor next to my bed (window side of the room), and when I woke up the next morning, it was covered in ants, thousands of ants. There was nothing sugary or unusual in my makeup bag that I could attribute to drawing the ants. We had to vacate the room early. Management did not offer any compensation and did not seem to take our complaint...
