"Advertised as Family friendly so we booked an expensive 1 night stay. For myself my wife and my 4 year old daughter as it had a swimming pool. We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB. We were going to get a relatively early and restful night but the loud base and music until midnight put pay to that. Our room was facing the open door of the after venue and...

"We were given a complementary upgrade on our room and late checkout. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view from the restaurant. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Located just outside of Marlow but easy to order an Uber / Bolt which cost approximately £8"

"The restaurant was really nice for dinner and the view is great. The carpet in the room had a ton of stains, they never came to service the room. We ordered the room service breakfast and it was terrible. Eggs not cooked, coffee press didn’t have a filter so the coffee granules were in the coffee. One slice of bacon for two people and very expensive."

"I can't recommend the Relais enough. The staff were exceptional - everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating of our 1 year old. The location is perfect - can walk to the river, shops and restaurants within minutes. The rooms are good sized and feel spacious"
