Stayed in a pet friendly one bedroom chalet. Room overdue for a refresh. The pull out sofa had reached end of life as the cushions were worn leaving bed frame exposed when in closed position. Kitchenette had few utensils making meal prep a challenge so recommend bringing a few things from home. Amenities were great, pools and restaurant did not disappoint. Website not accurate as no dishwasher as advertised.

I could not believe how incredibly quiet it was. We were in a lower suite with people above and didn’t hear anyone. Staff were great. Food was delicious at the restaurant. The autumn colours were spectacular. The resident turkeys were entertaining. The room was spotless. Really enjoyed our stay here. We only used the pools at night and they were quiet.

We stayed 2 nights at Halcyon. We loved our cabin, loved the pools, loved the food at the restaurant, and the coffee was on point too! Our critique is that our cabin didn’t have a kitchenette and we were 30 mins from town. The coffee shop had some breakfast option but closed at 2. Meanwhile the restaurant was great for dinner, didn’t open until 3. It would be nice to have a fuller service breakfast and lunch situation on site.
