"Our room was located at the very end of the complex next to the exit sign. Our bathroom door had been punched in multiple times. It had sharp wood fragments poking out. There was a great big stain in the middle of the carpet. I was staying with a little dog and so I took a picture to make sure I wasn’t charged for the damage. Our bathroom and bed linen was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I don’t think they should have rented us the room they did when there was so much damage to...

"The room was spotless and comfortable for a one night stay. The management was organized for remote check-in. There was a sign at the front desk with a phone number to call. The friendly woman who answered then texted the room code and that was that. It is the first time I never met, or saw, a staff member during an entire stay at any accommodation. However, they were available by phone if needed."
