"Iโ€™ve stayed here before. This property is the nicest hotel in Newcastle, but itโ€™s starting to show its age. We got a room with just a shower, which wasnโ€™t a big deal for me. Kids like the tub. Quiet area, plenty of parking. Pool area needs attention. Hot tub was out of service for repairs. The pool seemed to be a bit cold for dad. The steps on the ladder in the deep end need to be fixed, as the top step spins upside down."
