"Check-in was efficient room was on top floor within the roof, access from lift to room can be awkward as there are multiple steps. Room with single bed, mattress was bit soft but okay ensuite was good size shower was okay. Breakfast menu n food was good.. service was unclear whether it was self buffet or table service. Had to wait over 15mins before asked for Tea or coffee. Staff need better training."

"The View Hotel has fantastic seafront rooms which make the most of the view along the promenade from the pier along to the start of the South Downs. The room was clean and comfortable and in the morning the breakfast was very well set out for an efficient start to the day."

"What can i say apart from a very big thank you to all the staff myself and wife came in contact with during our stay. 3mths ago we stayed at The Grand in Brighton which was a absolutely amazing stay for my 60th, but The Chatsworth Hotel topped it without doubt, from the moment we arrived at 6pm the receptionist greeted us with a smile before taking us up in the antique lift to our beautiful large spacious Jr suite. The room was amazing with sea views, a super kingsize bed & the Jacuzzi bath was...

"My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay at Ashdown Park Hotel. The team are super friendly, our room was lovely and very clean and luxurious. The grounds are well kept and a pleasure to stroll around. There are good fitness facilities, however we were there for a romantic trip. We had a lovely evening meal, but feel that there could have been more choice. The breakfast was delicious and well made. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay special. "
