"Petty low key nice little ( big ) hotel. I like it, small environment changes like free parking since the place is always busy, they got the money to let parking slide. Have free breakfast. Bistro’s breakfast is not worth paying. Hampton Inn makes better breakfast and it’s free. Over good place"

"A fantastic hotel only outdone by its extremely helpful staff! Would stay here again!! I would recommend to anyone i stayed as a solo female traveler and met the kindest people here!! The breakfast and coffee are amazing, so is their bartender, housekeeping staff and especially their maintenance staff just can't say enough good things!"

No restaurant/eating options in it or the neighboring 3 hotels; ordering in was the only option. Noticeablely small ants crawling around the shower. Mass produced pre-prepared breakfast was edible."

"We waited at Liberty Airport's special area for hotel shuttles (no taxis), in the heat, for over an hour before Double Tree's shuttle finally arrived, although it is advertised to come every 30 minutes. "I like I was able to check in 2 hours early. I did not like I had to pay a $191 deposit for my stay. I did not like I had a broken toilet seat when I entered my hotel room, after paying $191 for a deposit. I had to go to the front desk twice to finally get someone to fix it, so my deposit wouldn’t be taken. I think the male hotel clerk knew this before charging me a deposit, that wasn’t expected. After that the day of me checking out, I inquired about my deposit being returned and they told me...

"It’s was a great hotel with AMAZING access to the train station! The only downside I had was that the room didn’t appear to be super clean. We stayed in a suite but it looked like something was spilt on the TV stand and the toilet paper holder was barely staying in the wall. OTHER THAN THAT! I’d recommend the hotel for sure!!"
