We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances. "This was a very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. It was my wife's 60 birthday and the staff came down and sung happy birthday with a balloon. Room was awesome. Hot tub and pool were very clean and warm. We had a great time and will be back."
