"2nd time we've stayed here in Perry for a Scalloping season long weekend out of Steinhatchee, FL. Hotel quality and cleanliness is up to the standard that Holiday Inn sets. We tow a boat with us and they have pull through LONG parking to accommodate. Clean room, clean bedding with mattresses of good quality. Pillows go a bit flat but they give you plenty of them. "Great trip. The front desk staff was very nice. I stayed on my way to Miami. Nice, clean, friendly place to rest your head for a night. They even have a light breakfast in the morning. Also it's right next to McDonalds.. I will stay her again on my next trip to Florida."

"was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"
