"The room was clean, had everything we needed , beds were comfy very comfy , had all the amenities including air con and running hot water which catered to me and my family of 4. Very quiet and you even get views of Lake Taupo from the room . For the price we paid we got more than we bargained for 👏. Very comfortable bed.
Staff were not very welcoming at reception. We arrived at 1.30 and told room would not be ready until 3. They did not check to see if it was ready or offer to keep our luggage, but suggested we go to the bar and have a drink and wait.
