"Breakfast was great! Room very clean, staff helpful, we stayed 2 nights and asked for clean towels but our milk and hot chocolate sachets weren't replaced, we could have asked though! Our bathroom had an odour but we quickly realized that it probably hadn't been used in a while and needed some water poured down the shower drain! That fixed it immediately and it didn't bother us again. Over all a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again!"

"The motel is well located, with good parking. The room was fine, however the cleanliness isn’t good. They clean around everything, not under things, into corners etc. there was no room service. I’d call it budget accommodation at best."

"Good location, especially for the Teranaki Falls walk, but also for Tongoriro Crossing (20 minutes drive to the trail head). The staff was friendly. The room was clean and as-described. The property is a little old/dated. Also, the hot tub is only available 3pm to 8pm and you need to reserve a 30-minute slot (on the plus side you get the hot tub to yourself for the 30 minute slot, and the clean it fully every day). "
