"The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "

"In my bathroom it was rusted around the pipes, toilet handle, trash can….. I had to walk alone in the dare quite a ways to park… I would not ever stay here again nor would I recommend this resort….. And strange $10.00 charges on my bill that I still have to call and check on!!!! Very unimpressed!!! "

"The room was very clean and nice but the air conditioner didnt work great for the hotter days on Wednesday and Thursdays. Our room was pretty warm but we managed. Dont like to complain. "

"Breakfast was good but it should have more variety and change it up so it didn't become the same old same old. We did notice what appeared to us as a vagrant in the parking lot when we returned from a show between the theatre and hotel. That was a turn off."

"They were grossly understaffed it took two hours after check in time to get my room due to not being cleaned yet. Restaurant was completely booked due to having limited staff and bar was supposed to serve food but cut it off at 6:30 pm due to staff "

"The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. "

"The condo was cute and spacious. I liked the fact that we got, essentially, two condos. The condos are in the same building, which gives you the 2 bedrooms. The condos were clean but the major issue I had was with the TVs in the master bedrooms. They were the 90s JVC with the small DVD players. "
