"Terrible experience. Pools and hot tubs are small and overcrowded. They state in the advertisement that pools are heated…they are not. It was concerning to me as well that there is no lifeguard on duty at any of the pools…and parents were not watching their kids. Very dangerous. We paid extra for a hot tub…it was disgusting. There was black mold all over the place on the tub and coming out of the jets, a piece was broken off the tub… and the bottom of the tub was dark grey with a yellow...

"Room was clean, bathroom was tiny. Wish they would at least get the trash out of the rooms daily or leave extra bags. Pool is extremely small especially for the size of the hotel. It was indoor/outdoor which could be a plus. Breakfast buffet was biscuits, gravy, tasteless powdered eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, canned fruit. Parking can be a challenge. Great location. I would return again!"

"It was not a good place for just an overnight stay. Might have been fine for an extended stay. Probably my mistake in making a one night reservation. Also, very confusing locating our rooms. Had to have security lead us to the building & explain where our room was. A map w room numbers would have been very helpful."

"Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. A lot of activities and games on site. The pool and hot tubs are clean and comfortable temperatures. The staff is kind and helpful. Massimo was welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had."

"These cottages were super cute and spacious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that the splash park was closed for repairs but they still had another outdoor pool that our family could enjoy. We will stay again for sure!"

"We had 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. We were right by a playground and pool (that pool wasnt open yet but there were other options). Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, as well as additional bedding to make up the pull out couch. It was clean and comfortable. Certainly enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Would recomment and stay again."
