"While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! "The property is not like the picture. It is the exact opposite. There was tools and equipment in the hallway from maintenance. I found a bug under the bed sheets. Sheets were stained. Room smelled of smoke which was labeled non smoking. I went to front desk for a refund and was told no because I booked thru Expedia. I asked for a copy of the signed receipt. Front desk refused. They did offer me a suite and I refused. Do not stay. I lost $115. But I can't take the chance of getting bed bugs...
