"Honestly I gave it 5 stars bc of the staff, my trip was delayed I ended up getting there past midnight I had called and the staff member was so nice and helpful told me not to worry and give her a call and the shuttle will go pick me up…. All the staff super nice and the cleaning ladies too! The room I was neat and tidy but I did find left over thc e cig and a balm by the night stand behind it…. No biggie but need to be careful if there were children So close to everything!!! Location was...

"Room was clean and nice and staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Only worry was lots of sounds through the night, clicking sounds as if my door/lock or others were being turned. I knew the room was secure, just weirded out by the sounds. Overall it was a great stay and i'd definitely be back."

"Very nice bar and great staff. Coffee in lobby put away very early morning and then you pay for it or use your room coffee pot. There is water provided very nicely in lobby. Hotel layout and grounds beautiful. Very accommodating for smokers outside. Loved this property and will stay again at my yearly trip to North Canton Ohio. Great location for shopping and restaurants."

"Aaron at the front desk was the only redeeming quality at the hotel. Every other aspect of my 7 day stay was poor. The hotel itself , inside and out is filthy. Garbage on floor at entrance of hotel. Garbage and leftover food on elevator floor for days. A few random day's when they had no cook or bartender, breakfast and evening cocktails were not available. The room itself is surface cleaned but furniture and rug is stained with who knows what !! It was a terrible experience. I have stayed...
