"Room was updated -- carpet looked fairly new in my room and looked fairly newly remodeled. Breakfast was very limited: coffee, juice, milk, boiled egg, toast, yogurt, muffin, bagel, oatmeal without hot water. Nothing really hot: (no hot eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.) -- no GF or nondairy choices"

"Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy."

"We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and a very pleasant stay"

"Room could be cleaner. Lots of dust around side table. Stains on box spring cover. There were no coffee pods for coffee maker although cups and sugar packs were provided. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. The gentleman who checked me in was very difficult to understand. Person checking out was easy to understand (younger person)."

"It was very clean and the shower was amazing! Great location. Although it was really quite quiet, the beds weren't really comfortable. Needed to buy a mattress topper for added cushion for our stay."

"Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent. Microwave and fridge are in the room for the convenience. Cons: Reading lights between the two beds are both broken. Water from the shower is not hot enough even if turn the handle all the way up. Room door will not automatically close as normal hotel room door. Gym facility is not well maintained. Staff has to shoulder the gym door open for me. And the light in the gym keeps flashing like a horror movie."
