"OK. I really liked the place for it's Quirky vibe. Endearing. But was never personally greeted by anyone. Remote check in only. I arrived a little after 6 pm so....? And contrary to the prior reviews, no one had a beer or snack available. Nice to have, but not needed. Bar never opened. The room was clean and the bed comfy.... Once I got in. The lock and key had to work it out between themselves (old school key on hotel fob) which took a minute. No guidance on location to find food but...

"Historic property. Great location. Amazing amenities. Super friendly host who has a lot of investing stories to share. We had a shared bathroom which makes it dependent on the other residents for cleanliness. The tub was slightly small to take a bath."

"Altus Lodge was a great space, loved the hot tub and fire pit area, not many other spots in town like it. Room was pretty spacious and clean. We’d definitely stay there for our next trip. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Silverton at the Villa Dalvalla. Michael was a perfect host and took great care of us. The Italian restaurant next door owned by Wendy was exceptional. Highly Recommend."
