"We recently stayed at Sky Ute Casino Resort after a 3.5-hour drive. Upon arrival, my wife went in to ask about parking and was completely misdirected by a front desk employee, who told us we couldn't park in the hotel lot and had to park at the bowling alley. This forced us to walk nearly a quarter-mile through the bowling alley and casino floor with our luggage just to get to our room, which was exhausting after a long drive. Once we spoke with senior management, they immediately clarified that the information we were given was entirely wrong and graciously comped our meal to make up for the hassle. While the initial frustration kept us from leaving a full 5-star rating, the recovery and care we received from the rest of the staff were exceptional. The dinner at Seven Rivers was excellent, and several employees went above and beyond to take incredible care of us: Nicole (Manager), Joseph (Manager), Sara (Restaurant Staff), and Carol (our server at Seven Rivers). Their professionalism, respect, and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. We truly appreciate how management handled the situation!"

"We arrived during a rain storm and needed something quickly. The staff was awesome and the check-in was easy. They didn't have a room that was approved for pets, but the staff were very accommodating in finding a solution for us. We ended up with a huge master suite with a lakeside view. The next morning was straight out of a masterpiece painting. It was one of the most gorgeous sunrises that I've ever seen. It was the cherry on top for the last day of our vacation."

"Thank you for hosting my family and I! We all had such a great time on the property! Plenty of amenities and very close to convince stores and downtown. The Cabin we stayed in was well equipped with what we needed. Plenty of sleeping room, comfortable beds, pillows and sleeping sofa. Everything was clean and we had more than enough clean towels! Overall I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for more of a โ€œcampingโ€ environment. Overall we will be staying here again!"
