Parking onsite can get busy but we managed to get a spot when needed. Breakfast was good and included in room rate which was appreciated. The lock on the door was faulty so she ensured this was sorted out as I needed to pop out. True to her word was resolved on return. Very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
