"We didn’t stay. They called us when we were 2 hours away to tell us they were overbooked and we didn’t have a room. They told us they reserved a room at another hotel, but later in the convo said the 2nd hotel had sold that room too. But they might put some points on my Hyatt account for my inconvenience. Eh. "

"The breakfast was not impressive at all. Very limited because it was busy and there was only one person working to refill things. "
