Spacious room with great staff

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, room was very spacious with a separate shower and bathtub and 2 sinks, lots of room for multiple people to get ready for the day.

Good deal for the price.

The room was ok. There were several hand bars in the bathroom for bathing safely. The bathroom and sink area could use some updating/maintenance. Otherwise, it appeared clean.

It was fine for a few nights clean enough and quiet on the area the room was in. Only problem was 2 flat pillows, we had brought our own but forgot them when we left , forgot our pillows and went back a couple hours later and they were gone. Make sure you carry out what you carry in

Not what was expected

Our first room was a smoking room. He said they aren't as nice but we were ok with that. Noticed some water on the floor next to the bed and then the smell of poo filled the room. Water was coming up in the room next to the bed. We quickly packed up and went to the office. The next room, a non-smoking room was a little nicer but the bed was hard and the pillows were flat. Staff was nice.

It was roach infested , I killed four as soon as I walked in. The bath towel had holes in it. I pulled on the bar in the shower and it came off the wall. There were no amenities, no ice machine, no other machines. When I went to sit on the toilet the seat was so loose I almost fell off. So much for a great Wyndham hotel.
