"The gentleman in the office was very nice & welcoming. Cottages and rooms are very cozy and clean. The short walk to private pier was very convenient. Even fishing on the pier at night, you feel safe knowing only guests have access. The pool was relaxing too. This was a beautiful, peaceful stay. Will definitely book again when in area. "

"Nice clean rooms. Not typical “luxury” but you can tell effort was taken to update rooms and keep them clean. Whenever we needed something staff was friendly and responsive. Overall very good rooms for price for an inexpensive weekend on the beach."

"Check in was great. AC didn’t work. TV didn’t work. It was a day trip so I wasn’t in the room long. If it was a weekend trip or long would’ve brought it up with management. I visit Rockport frequently but will never get a room again at that oyo. "

"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"
