Did even stay there. I paid for my room and went to bring my belongings and I was very dissappointed and not very happy at all . The room looked nothing like the pictures . The bed looked slept in the room stunk so bad .It had an air conditioner in the window with mold and mildew and it was so hot in there . It was horrible . I couldn’t sleep in there because the conditions was bad . I couldn’t take pictures because it was hot in there and it made me sick .

Never again! Save your money

Book the wrong hotel when we got there place is filthy dirty look like they rushed to clean it. No Bed bug thank god but did have Roaches husband had one crawling on leg smh microwave and stove was clean. Did have food in the oven we headed out for the day. To came back bathroom was flooded with water on the floor l We let office know he just came mopped it up but still water was coming out slowly, it was for Easter weekend .. WE SLEPT WITH THE LIGHTS ON!!

Great for the price. Low quality so don't expect a lot but was real cheap. Way better and cleaner than I expected. No free meals or nothing like that.

Won’t return.

We checked in then walked to our room. A roach crawled across the floor and my son squished it and we saw many others dead on the floor. We took our stuff immediately back out and booked a stay elsewhere.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures they have on the website. The room looked nothing like the pictures. A/C filters were gross. The tub leaked and flooded the bathroom. Will say the beds were clean and comfy. But that’s probably the only good thing.

We told cleaning lady we didnt need anything. When we came back from our day a trash can was on our room when it wasnt there before and one of my rings was stolen. Never again will I stay at an Oyo Hotel.

I would like my full refund for this room! Upon checking in at the front desk, Linda, who works there told me she would upgrade me to a room that actually has hot running water. When I came to the room the bed was filthy, the pull out couch was dirty and had food crumbs all over it, the night stand lamp was old and dirty, and the shower handle was broken and just hanging off. I ended up leaving the hotel after 5 minutes and driving straight to the airport to sleep in my rental car. Linda at the front desk said that she would confirm everything that I just wrote in order for me to receive my full refund for this room. I also have pictures that I can send over. Please let me know how I can receive my full refund back.

Do not stay here.

We booked hotel for a fishing trip. Checked in and the room was extremely dirty. Sheets had stains on them and mold in the air conditioner. We only had a few minutes before heading to our night fishing trip and took our bags with us. We did not return it was so dirty. I did not have time to go to the front desk to deal with the room. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted the hotel and they wouldn’t refund my money.
