"When i had an issue with the outlet being Brocken not holding my phone plug in the wall they switched our room right away and they said that they would take care of the outlet. They were very respectable with everything that we needed help with."

They use a linen service, so I knew sheets and towels were clean. We were in a room facing the road. Security cameras and lights. Quiet. There is a train across the street, but it didn't bother us.
