"The cottage was perfect for our trip. The bunk bed with a trundle was great for the teens while the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms (we didn’t have need for the Murphy bed in the living room, but if we had a larger group, it was another sizable bed! The bed linens and towels were all new and the appliances, too. I always appreciate a place with a washer and dryer, and they provided detergent. "The place smelled like mold. Paint chipped on doors and walls. The entire place is not very well maintained. I asked the front desk for a new hair dryer because mine did not work, but no one ever came to replace it. No one came to open the safe door either, which I also requested from the Indian guy at the front desk. He reluctantly took my requests with hesitation. Very poor service!! No daily maid service!!! I would never come back to Quality Inn ever again!!!"
