"This was the second time we stayed overnight and have been to property for dinner separately too. This small resort is just the most quaint little spot in the finger lakes. We are local and love coming here for a little weekend relaxation and to celebrate 50th bdays. We were able to check in a little early & greeted with champagne when we arrived. The room we stayed in was tidy , the bathroom was so much cleaner than the room but some repair was needed and window treatments things like that...

"I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. I ended up pulling something in my knee between standing at the room door Trying to open it. Then having to walk to front desk to have cards Replaced and back. Never got an...

"Missed previous tenant's garbage - to be fair it was a soda bottle that rolled under chair, making me think furniture is not moved when cleaning. Other than that, appeared clean and tidy "

"The room we reserved was unavailable due to heat issues. The replacement in the Vinifera suites was marginal. The bedspread was too small, exposing the mattress. The overall experience was mediocre. We have been coming to Belhurst for over 40 years. This may have been our last visit"
