"I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in an amazing location: walking distance to everything I wanted to do. It was clean, it was quiet, it was great! I was there on Halloween weekend and you would not even know the neighborhood was popping off because it was so quiet. My family of 4 stayed in a double room (2 double beds) and it was just fine. Super comfy beds...we were so tired and slept really well.
Now, the staff: Shout out to Thomas who was so helpful when I made a booking mistake. Shout...

"The staff here were so kind and lovely. I really enjoyed the location with the park right across the street, the local shops, etc and the convenience of being centrally located in lower Manhattan. Unfortunately, there was one big, huge issue that makes it so I sadly won’t be able to consider staying here again. I stayed for a week - and because of the way the temperature control in the building is set up - the coolest my room ever got was 78 degrees, even after calling and verifying the settings...
