"The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. "This is a poorly designed old budget hotel describing itself as a boutique hotel. The room was tiny with the toilet a few feet directly next to the bed. There were strange vibrating noises heard at night. The room and bathroom did not smell fresh. The hotel is in 10 min walking distance to train and lake but not the best location."

"Great hotel , great Location and very helpful staff. The hotel was minutes walk from the train station. It is in the central location of the old town and in walking distance to bus station. Katerina at the reception was so nice, professional and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. The only down side was that the elevator was very small and room was a little small."
