"We enjoyed this stay! It was mostly clean, the floors were desperately calling for a vacuum though when we arrived to our room. We were happy with the cleanliness of everything else though. We had to get new key cards our second night here because the first set stopped working, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially when we first checked in."

"Everything was clean!"

"be aware that you can never cancel ones you book"

"Right in downtown Mancos. Small room with shower. Mattress lumpy, not comfortable. The upstairs area is quite charming with a sitting area and a large full kitchen where we made our lunches. Very clean. Be careful when you pay- you are offered the opportunity to add a tip and without thinking I tapped 20% on a bill of about $400. I wish I had said “no tip” and just left cash on the nightstand. When I asked the owner about it she said all the tip goes to the cleaning staff and offered a refund. I...

"Very smoke smelling in the lobby. Designated Smoking lounge smoke seeped into the lobby. You could also smell smoke in the elevator and a good portion of the hallway on our floor. However, our room did not have a smoky smell. Hotel at night was pretty quiet too. The Ute Mt website was not accurate in describing restaurant offerings Daily Buffets were listed....Primecrib buffet on Saturday, BBQ on Sunday. No Buffets we available except salad and soup bar. Looking forward to a buffet with lots...

"Nice and clean"

"Room was clean and lobby was recently renovated. Breakfast was normal, nothing to add. Fitness center was located in the basement of a business next door"

"It was okay for the price could use some updating"

"This hotel was the best we had on a long trip. Highly recommend you choose this location. Clean, staff was very helpful, and great location."

"The pool was closed, the milk and yogurt were expired, and most of our interactions with staff made us feel like we were being a bother. The room was clean and a good size. We probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great stay. Easy check in after-hours. Clean, efficient, and well-maintained"

"The property was obviously older and in need of some upgrade work However, the mgt and/or staff "seemed" to be trying hard to improve things. Also he drove down from an offsite location to do a late check-in for us. All the amenities were functional, the main thing I observed was subpar cleanliness of some items (towels, bedding, etc.). I'm guessing either they are having trouble obtaining sufficient staff, or perhaps the manager is trying to do the work alone. So couldn't call it my "first...

"Hard to find, nobody on site after 10 to deal with issues (noisy groups outside all night), not enough parking, dark parking area; tried to charge me double the pet fee. The "studio" had a small kitchen unit but no pans, dishes, or anything else to actually use it (not even paper products or a table to sit at.) There was a full-sized refrigerator which was good. Breakfast was okay, usual motel fare. Room was clean and bed was good."

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
