Cari Hotel di Daerah Monroe

"I grew up in the area, and know how old the place is, and it has run down. Quite a bit. Lights flicker or not truly work, musty, beds need updated, along with bedding. ( Queen size on king size. Poor quality, you get what you pay for obviously, but ehhh."

"Clean room. Front desk person was friendly. Breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast. It included biscuits, sausage gravy,a waffle maker, and other basic continental breakfast items ."

"Only downfall is narrow parking, entrance and exit."

"We left a day early even though we paid for that night. The floor in our room was rotten and in pieces. Asked for money back but said they couldn’t because I booked through Expedia.😕"

"Friendly, accommodating hosts."

"Why is this place so expensive? It is a very typical older hotel and should be $70-90 per night, not $170. I should have stopped in Columbia or continued on to Kirksville. It is clean, with friendly staff and the breakfast was fine but the price is more appropriate for a much more deluxe place."

"good beds nice people good if your fishing Mark Twain"

"I kind of missed seeing part of the breakfast, but we were actually rushed for time. The thing I didn’t like at all is the smell of carpet powder, which I’m allergic. Overall, it was very clean and staff were friendly."

"A really nice man, I believe the owner, checked me in. I didn’t see any staff after that. It was quiet and convenient for my stay on my Friends and Family Tour ‘26. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and the clean room. A bonus, there’s a great coffee shop called Mia’s in Shelbina. It’s in the grocery store with a drive up."

"After check in, was in my room for two hours and had a cockroach on my drink. Turned on my phone flashlight and checked and they were all over!! Babies, mid sized and full sized ALL over the room and the walls by the baseboard! I slept in my car. DO NOT BOOK HERE- YUCK YUCK YUCK"
