They charged a $100 deposit at check-in that isn't mentioned prior. Even though i stay there frequently, at least twice a month, they said they will do it every time. Where is the loyalty appreciation for customers returning repeatedly who clean up after themselves? When i asked that i was told, "its repeat customers that break things or steal the tv every time they are here." THEN STOP LETTING THEM COME BACK! I was told he could just cancel my reservation and I could just not stay there at all if i didn't like his rule. I then almost fell on the wet floor in the lobby due to the ceiling leaking during the current rain storm that had no signs out warning of the water
