Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"The smell in room 8 is not, "musty." It's old carpet soaked in cat urine. It was too late to ask for another room or try and find another hotel. The smell is HORRENDOUS. It is not nostalgic. And the owners know based on previous reviews and don't care."

Breakfast was delicious, plus homemade cake and cookies as special treats were wonderful. Our hosts, Keith and Ciera, were welcoming, thoughtful, and very helpful--just terrific!"
