"Great stay everyone was nice and when I booked my room it only showed smoking rooms available so I took a chance I'm not a smoker but when we got to our room you could smell smoke which I figured we would so I just asked the from desk if they had any non smoking rooms that were going to be open and they got us one without a problem !!! "The room was very clean, but quite dated. The mattress cover and bottom sheet did not fit the bed well. The electric heating register was extreme finicky and difficult to adjust. Our room was facing the road, and quite close so there was a lot of road noise when we opened the window to cool the room off. However, I would stay here again if I need to spend the night in Randle. "It was a nice clean room. Although very basic from the outside, it was more modern on the inside."

"Check in is 3pm. Our room wasn't ready until 5pm. Front desk thinks this is ok. It is NOT. This happened to another guest as well. Front desk never returned our VM message asking if the room was ready even though they told us to. Then they gave our room to another guest. Totally messed up. Lastly, management was professional; loudly yelling at employees while guests were trying to eat their breakfast. Apparently, the Front desk employee must inspect rooms for cleanliness before guests enter...

"Staff was very nice but the light in the bathroom flashed and then would turn off. Door divider was broken, coffee machine was broken. Nothing got addressed while there. Grant it Was only there one night and hotel was very full. But expensive night in a hotel for some basic like a light in bathroom to not work"

"The only upside was price was decent and proximity to hiking and park. Other than that the property is not well cared for. Room 10 needs updating, tv was broken, toilet seat is loose, shower doesn’t drain well. There were no washcloths upon arrival and no hand soap in bathroom. Room Needs a better cleaning and trash cans outside of rooms were all full and filled with rotting food and tons of flies."

"This is an old property that is in the process of being slowly upgraded. It was obviously not well maintained before the new owners took over. The front office and the cleaning staff were friendly, kind, and open to problem-solving. Minor annoyances: There are four buildings each with a different letter and all with the exact same numbers. If you are driving around to try to find your specific room, look up to the second floor for the large letter that indicates the building. If you’re old...
