"The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. "

"The staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful, we were able to navigate to the national park much more easily because of the tips given to us. Only thing they don’t have is a microwave in the room, no ac, and no tv. Other than that, we got into town fairly easily. We did not know this but you can use their facilities for the kids, huge bonus if you have time for that. "

"The location was fantastic, right on the river. The new person less, email only checkin have is two rooms with no explanation, no answer to our inquiries. Turns out, we had one night in one room, then had to change rooms. "

"Super cute property and hotel. Feels more condo like. Lots of spacious sitting areas outside on balconies // couches, chairs. A few fire pits around. Feels very Swiss and welcoming. A short drive to the town and national parks. But a great place to come back to rest each night! Basic continental breakfast included. "

"Long delay in registering. Over 3 hrs. No ice machine availability for guests. You have to carry an ice bag to office personal who works. To then go to basement to get 1/2 bag of ice for you. Then the Restaurant onsite. Claimed to be open 7a to 8p. NOT THE CASE. One evening, we had been sitting in hotel's back porch area off the Restaurant, enjoying the surroundings. "Top notch customer service. Relaxing environment. Plenty of activities for the whole family. We enjoyed watching a DVD while soaking in the jacuzzi tub. The room was perfect with 2 tv’s, recliners, small kitchen area. 10/10. Will go back! "
