Shower curtain rod was hanging on by a wish. Downstairs, mix and match tables and chairs for breakfast. During checkin (6pm ish on a Saturday), had to wait maybe 5 minutes for the solitary staff person to get back from whatever she was doing in the basement."

I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill. "Rooms were very clean and the beds were well maintained. The mini-fridge and microwave in each room were nice and useful. AC/heater was easy to figure out. Owners were lovely and helpful during check-in. It's just outside of Perth, so there's only fast food nearby unless you head into town. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!"
