"The room was very clean and comfortable. Love the couch as sitting so often missing in motel rooms. For us, being near the breakfast room was great although it could be noisy at times. We loved the close proximity to the Durango and Silverton railroad and nearby restaurants. "

"Great little place to stay. Within walking distance to downtown Very clean. Small room If you happen to get one with a balcony. Such a plus. Continental breakfast goes to 10:00 on weekends is great. We’ve come to Durango on the regular. Will look at staying here again. "
