"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

"所謂ホテルではなく民泊形式なので、アメニティやタオルなどは期待していませんでしたが、フェイスタオルが多めに用意されており、不足ありませんでした。食器はありますがコップが無いため調達するか持参すると良いです。ロケーションは最高で部屋も広く快適に過ごせますのでオススメです。小さいバルコニーからは海も見えるのですが、生憎まだ肌寒い季節で堪能できなかったのは残念です。"

"新築なのかな？建物はすごくキレイで清潔感がありました。布団や食器も全てキレイでした。リビングと隣りの和室も広くて2家族で泊まりましたが十分な広さでした。一台分の駐車場がまあまあ狭くて、うちのワゴン車を停めるのには少し苦労しました。すぐ近くにコインパーキングもあるので、もう一台はそちらに停めました。"

"東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました！"

"Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."
